Meet The Team: Rie - Shipping Support

Rie is one heck of an employee. She is the PERFECT person to have at an office - her energy is infectious and her work ethic is unmatched. Every now and then you will hear a loud pitched shriek from the shipping room, usually Rie has just spotted someone walking their dogs outside and needs to alert the office! 

Did we mention she cooks THE BEST Japanese curry? The whole team looks forward to those days when she brings is a huge pot of curry and her rice maker to share with the office. Not only is she an amazing cook, but Rie is also a professional baker. Her Japanese style cakes and treats are absolutely incredible. Get to know more about Rie!

What is your favorite flavor so far?

Light Roast and then both of our Mango flavors. I loved the Mango Green and ever since we released Mango Black I have loved it just as much!

What made you interested in joining the Cusa TEA-m?

I love tea and coffee, and I was really interested in the cold brew instant tea & coffee!

What do you do when you're not working?

In the summer I love to just sit outside and drink some iced tea. Walking and biking near where I live (as long as it's not too cold!!). I love having friends over to my house for a party. Cooking and baking Japanese food is something I always love doing.

Where did your love of dogs come from?

It's hard not to love dogs when you grow up with them!
